Metzakis Manolis, president of the Hellenic Photographic Society of Crete, participated in the International Congress of Artistic Photography of F.I.A.P. which took place in Zilina of Slovakia in August 2008, as head of a three-member delegation from H.P.S. of Crete, consisting of the members of the Directive Board, Papadakis Manolis Vice-president and Nikiforakis Polichronis General Curator.During the Congress works there has been made a presentation of the new audiovisual material regarding the organization by the Hellenic Photographic Society of Crete of the 2nd International Photo-meeting of F.I.A.P. that will take place between 12 and 19 of July 2009 in Heraklion of Crete.
